Atlas Scientific understands this return policy is rather limited. It is not our intention to add any additional burden to our customers.
However, used precision sensing components cannot be resold or recycled. Therefore, Atlas Scientific cannot accept returns on used products.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
To initiate a return, please contact us via support@atlas-scientific.com.
All returns must be within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is issued.
Evaluation criteria include the following:
Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.
After contacting our support team and receiving your response, please pack all returning items, along with a print of your confirmation of purchase email and response from our support team.
NOTE:
If we approve or reject your return for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. The refund process will be applied after your shipment has been received and evaluated.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.
The Restocking Fee will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
