INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International Orders we use USPS and UPS. For USPS, the post office quotes a certain number of days (7 – 10) for delivery but are only the number of days it takes for the package to reach your customs office. Packages can sit in customs for up to 53 days. It is strongly recommended that you contact your customs office if your package is holding.

All Orders have Tracking numbers; For longer than expected delays with a UPS shipment, or regarding a shipment that is stuck in customs, please contact your countries postal service partner.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
For Domestic Orders a tracking number will be emailed to you soon after your order is processed. If it has been a few days and you have not received a tracking number, contact us!

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Although expedited shipping can be selected as a shipping method (i.e. 1 or 2 day shipping) some items in your order may require additional time for manufacturing. This production time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Once your items are finished and leave our facility, they will be shipped using the 1 or 2 day expedited method you selected. However, please keep in mind that carriers only operate and deliver during their standard business hours, which can influence the exact delivery timing.
